RentMonkey takes care of the paperwork and provides the organisational and financial tools that landlords need, letting them efficiently manage their relationships with their tenants and stay on top of their property management tasks. It is a way to use the internet — our area of expertise — to make both landlords’ and tenants’ lives better – and save money along the way.

Another self-driven Icelab project, RentMonkey is a web application that takes an ordinarily complex process — devising a legally valid residential tenancy lease — and wraps it in a friendly, easy to use interface. It has also received a proof-of-technology innovation grant from the ACT Government, who saw its promise.
